DEi was the lead consultant for this complex building condition assessment which included a 10 year old railway station addition/renovation plus the attached multi-storey office building. The purpose of the BCA was to assess rehabilitation and maintenance requirements for the 10 year maintenance plan. Report recommendations included observed deficiencies, probable causes, repair solutions, opinions of probable cost and timing of implementation.
