Structural Rehabilitation of 142 Dundas Street, London, ON

Conducted structural assessment of this early 1900’s commercial building in the heart of London, for the owner and Allan Avis Architects (AAA) to develop a structural rehabilitation plan to re-purpose the building as a mixed-use Law office and commercial property. DEi provided structural design and site review services to AAA for the complete refurbishment of the building utilizing structural steel, masonry and timber components.
