Conducted a site investigation of the balconies of one, seven-storey apartment building and two three-storey walk-up residential buildings within the complex at 1250 Sandford Street in London, ON. Our initial investigation included visual review and a delamination survey of a significant portion of the balconies to estimate overall repair costs. Balcony railing deficiencies required railing replacement and membrane coatings were used to increase balcony life-spans. Our report included repair recommendations and cost estimation. We produced rehabilitation drawings and provided site review and contract administration services for the project.
