Structural Reconstruction of the Derby Inn, Strathroy, ON

Conducted structural assessment, structural design and site review of this 1890’s Inn for a complete renovation for commercial and residential use. Refurbishment included a reconstruction of the building interior floor systems and foundations utilizing structural steel, masonry and timber components as well as concrete foundations.
